What it costs: three tiers, one lighter offer, no surprises.

Most consultancies make you book a call to hear a number. Here are ours. Every property starts with a revenue review, so you see what each change is worth before you pay for a month of it.

Three tiers

  1. Tier 1: Revenue management

For motels and hotels that want the pricing done, every night, by a person who explains each move.

    Priced on the revenue review

    • Rates and restrictions set every night, by room type
    • A rolling 12-month forecast and a budget, checked by your revenue manager
    • Your comp set and local events tracked every day
    • Booking.com and Expedia ranking, rate parity and channel cost
    • One month-end report and one call
  2. Tier 2: Commercial team

For independent hotels, motels and serviced apartments that want the rate, the channels and the stay handled together.

    Priced on the revenue review

    • Everything in Tier 1
    • Packages and offers that sell the quiet nights
    • Google, metasearch and email campaigns
    • Listing content and photos kept current on every channel
    • Monthly review analysis turned into a fix list
    • A guest-journey audit each quarter
  3. Tier 3: Commercial team for groups

For small groups, hotels over 100 rooms and multi-site operators.

    Priced on the revenue review

    • Everything in Tier 2
    • Corporate and group sales
    • A weekly call instead of monthly
    • Multi-property reporting in one pack
    • Front-office upsell training each year

Term and notice. Fees are indexed to CPI each year. The first month is invoiced when your first rates go live.

Under 20 rooms: Revenue setup + check-in

A pub with eight rooms or a cabin stay with six doesn't need a revenue manager every day. It needs the rates set properly once, the listings fixed, and a monthly look at what's coming.

Revenue setup, one-off

A 12-month rate calendar by season, day and event, loaded into your PMS and channel manager; your room types and the price gaps between them; your OTA listings fixed (content, photos, the settings that move ranking); your direct booking path checked, from Google to the booking button; a Pub Bookings listing for pubs; and a one-page plan.

Revenue check-in, monthly

Rate recommendations from your own numbers, applied after a yes from you; alerts when an event or a demand spike shows up; a 30-minute call each month; a one-page report.

When the rooms pass 20, or the numbers say daily pricing would pay for itself, you move to Tier 1.

What's never extra, and what is

Never extra: our logins to your systems, the month-end report, the monthly call, the revenue review, changes to rates and restrictions, your Booking.com and Expedia settings.

Always extra, and always quoted first: advertising spend (Google, Meta, metasearch), photography, a new website or booking engine, GDS connection fees, anything a vendor charges you.

Questions

What owners ask about cost

Is there a setup fee?

No. The revenue review and the 90-day plan are included, and the first month's fee covers onboarding.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. Tier 1 is revenue management alone, and the marketing and guest-experience parts can be added later or bought as projects.

Do fees change with results?

No. A fixed fee keeps our advice honest: we'll tell you to hold a rate as readily as to raise it.

What does a motel pay versus a hotel?

The tier, not the property type, sets the fee. A 30-room motel on Tier 1 pays the same as a 30-room hotel on Tier 1.

What if we're under 20 rooms?

Revenue setup + check-in, above. It was built for pubs with rooms and cabin stays.

What happens next

  1. You pick a time for a call as soon as you send this.
  2. After the call, you send 12 months of figures (we'll show you how).
  3. You get your revenue review and a 90-day plan, then decide.
