For motels

Stop pricing the motel from the front desk.

Revenue management for motels: we set your rates every night while you run the place, make sure travellers on the road find you first, and keep your reviews working for you.

What owners tell us, and what we do

Rates get set between check-ins

You run the desk, the cleaning and the books. The rates change when there is a quiet minute, if there is one.

What we do: We set your rates every day, so they don't wait for a quiet minute.

Travellers book on the day, on their phone

Late bookings from the road go to whoever shows up first on Google Maps and Booking.com.

What we do: A Google profile and listings that win the late booking.

You hear about events too late

A show, a carnival or a road crew fills the town, and you're sold out at last month's rate before you know it's on.

What we do: Local events already in the calendar, priced before the town fills.

How it works

From first call to first rates in ten days.

  1. Week 1

    Review

You get a 90-day plan that shows what each change is worth. We build it from your goals, 12 months of your data, your comp set, your listings and your reviews. Then you decide.

  2. Day 10

    Price

If you go ahead, your first rates go live. From then on we set them every day, night by night, within rules you agree.

  3. Months 1 to 3

    Market and serve

We work alongside your team to bring more guests direct, fix your listings, turn your reviews into a list of fixes and train your front office.

  4. Every month

    Report

A clear month-end report and a call: what happened, what it was worth, and what we do next.

Nothing new to install. We work in the systems you already use, with our own logins, so every change is visible to you.

Sample Hotel · 120 rooms

Sample case study: RevPAR up 12.6% in four months.

Sample Hotel is an example property, not a client. It sold out every weekend but ran midweek at half full. This is how we'd report taking on its pricing, listings and arrivals.

The challenge

Weekend rates were set months ahead, so the last rooms went cheapest. Tuesdays averaged 54%, Booking.com brought 41% of nights, and the same complaints came up in review after review.

What we did

  • Revenue management

Weekend and event rates set daily, minimum stays on event nights, and corporate rates to fill midweek.

  • Marketing

New Booking.com photos and content, rate parity fixed, and Google hotel ads pointing to the website.

  • Service optimisation

Reviews analysed every month, a list of fixes for the team, and an upgrade offer at every arrival.

Questions

What owners ask us.

We're a small motel. Is it worth it?
The review shows what it's likely to be worth at your motel before you commit to anything. As an example, a 30-room motel at 65% occupancy that earns $5 more on every room it sells adds about $35,600 a year.
Do we have to give up control of our rates?
No. We set rates within the floors and ceilings you agree, and you can change anything. Every change comes with a reason you can read.
Do you work with motels outside the cities?
Yes. We work remotely in your own systems, so it doesn't matter where you are. We keep your local events and school holidays in the calendar.
Can you look after our phones and bookings too?
Yes. Remote operations can answer your reservations calls and emails and help with front desk cover, so fewer bookings slip through.

  1. You pick a time for a call as soon as you send this.
  2. After the call, you send 12 months of figures (we'll show you how).
  3. You get your revenue review and a 90-day plan, then decide.
