Book a revenue review.

Tell us about your property and pick a time to talk. After the call you send 12 months of figures, and we come back with what we'd change first and what it's worth.

What the review covers

  • Revenue management. 12 months of your nights, your rates against your comp set, and where you rank on Booking.com and Expedia.
  • Marketing. How guests find and book you direct: your website, Google and email.
  • Service optimisation. What your reviews say about the stay.

What happens next

  1. You pick a time for a call as soon as you send this.
  2. After the call, you send 12 months of figures (we'll show you how).
  3. You get your revenue review and a 90-day plan, then decide.
How it works

From first call to first rates in ten days.

  1. Week 1

    Review

You get a 90-day plan that shows what each change is worth. We build it from your goals, 12 months of your data, your comp set, your listings and your reviews. Then you decide.

  2. Day 10

    Price

If you go ahead, your first rates go live. From then on we set them every day, night by night, within rules you agree.

  3. Months 1 to 3

    Market and serve

We work alongside your team to bring more guests direct, fix your listings, turn your reviews into a list of fixes and train your front office.

  4. Every month

    Report

A clear month-end report and a call: what happened, what it was worth, and what we do next.

Nothing new to install. We work in the systems you already use, with our own logins, so every change is visible to you.

Questions

What owners ask us.

What does a revenue review include?
We look at 12 months of your data night by night, your rates against your competitive set, how you show up on Booking.com, Expedia and Google, and what your reviews say about the stay. You get a health check across pricing, marketing and service, with what we'd change first and what it's likely to be worth.
Does the review cost anything?
[Your offer: a free call and written summary, or a paid review credited against the first month. One sentence.]
What data do you need?
Twelve months of your own figures, night by night, from your property management system. We'll show you how to export them.
Do we need to change our systems?
No. We work in the property management system and channel manager you already use, with our own login, so every change is visible to you.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Each service works on its own, and the review shows which one is worth most to you first.
How quickly will we see a difference?
If you go ahead, your first rates go live within ten days of the first call. Month-end reports compare every month with the same month last year, so you can see what moved and why.
Who sets the rates, you or us?
We do, within the rules we agree with you: floors, ceilings and the nights you want to protect. You can override anything, and we'll tell you what it changed.
Who sees our figures?
[Your data terms: who on the team sees them, that they're never shared with another client, and whether you sign a confidentiality agreement. One or two sentences.]
Do you work with properties we compete with?
[Your policy on working for two properties in the same comp set. One sentence.]
How long is the agreement, and what if it isn't working?
[Your terms: minimum period, notice, and what happens if results fall short. One or two sentences.]
