The stay decides the review, and the review decides the next booking. We audit how your property looks after guests from first search to checkout, fix what gets in the way and train your team to sell upgrades with confidence.
Service is part of revenue: a better review score lifts your ranking and your rate, and every upgrade sold at check-in is revenue you would otherwise miss.
01
Service audits
Unannounced mystery stays, twice a year, against the same checklist so the scores compare. You get a score for every touchpoint, photos of what we found and the fixes in order.

The guest journey
You see the whole stay through your guests' eyes, from first search to after checkout: what feels good, what gets in the way, and the moments that earn an upgrade or a review. We build the map from your reviews and the audit.

Review analysis
Fix the causes instead of hearing the same complaint every week. We collect and analyse your reviews, find the themes guests keep raising and give you a short list of actions to improve what they say next.

Front-office training
Your front office sells upgrades at check-in without being pushy, and runs arrivals well. We train them with scripts and service standards they can use the next day.
You get one report and one call each month. With service optimisation, it adds a reputation page: your review score against your comp set, the themes guests raised and what we're doing about them, next to the performance page below.

Questions
What owners ask us.
What is a service audit?
We book and stay as ordinary guests, unannounced, and score every touchpoint against the same checklist. You get the scorecard, photos and the fixes in order.
How does service affect revenue?
Review scores feed your OTA ranking and the rate guests will pay, and repeat guests cost nothing to win back. Upgrades sold at check-in add revenue on rooms you have already sold.
Do you reply to reviews for us?
No. Replies come best from you, in your own voice. We collect and analyse your reviews, then give you a short list of actions that fix what guests keep raising, so the next reviews are better.
How often do you audit?
Twice a year, unannounced, with the same checklist each time, so you can see what improved.
