Distribution and OTA ranking:The right rooms on the right channels, at the right cost.

Most independent properties either leave the OTAs on autopilot or try to switch them off, and both cost money. We run your channels with our own logins: the listings that rank, the rates that match, the commission you know about before it's charged, and the channels you don't need. Included with revenue management in every tier.

Channel mix and what each channel costs

Every booking has a cost: commission, payment fees, the marketing that drove it. We report cost by channel every month, so a channel that brings nights at a loss gets fixed or closed, and the channel that costs least (your own site) gets the rooms first.

Booking.com and Expedia ranking

Ranking on an OTA is partly what you pay and mostly what you do: content score, photos, response times, cancellation terms, rate competitiveness, review score, and the promotions you take or avoid. We work the levers you control, watch the ranking weekly, and never buy visibility you could earn.

Rate parity and how it's monitored

Parity breaks quietly: a stale promotion, a channel manager mapping, a wholesaler reselling a net rate. We shop your own rates across channels every week, fix the cause rather than the symptom, and keep your direct rate the lowest a guest can find.

Listing content and photos

Your OTA listings are read by more guests than your website. We rewrite the descriptions for how guests search, fix the amenity data, order the photos so the first six sell the stay, and keep the content current when something changes.

GDS and corporate channels

For hotels and serviced apartments with corporate demand, the GDS and the corporate booking tools are where travel managers look. We'll tell you from your data whether the connection pays for itself; if it does, we handle the connection, the content and the rate loading.

Phase two: Booking.com ranking optimisation project

A 60-day fixed-fee project for properties that only want the ranking fixed. Page to come; until then, ask on the revenue review.

Questions

What owners ask us

Why does our Booking.com ranking drop?

Usually one of five things: a competitor's new promotion, your content score slipping after a change, slower confirmation or reply times, a parity break that makes your Booking.com rate look expensive, or a run of lower reviews. We check all five weekly and fix the one that moved.

Should we be on every OTA?

No. Each channel has to earn its commission in nights you wouldn't otherwise get. Most independents need two or three plus their own site; a holiday park or cabin stay often needs Airbnb more than Expedia. We decide from your data, not the vendor's sales call.

How do parity errors happen?

A promotion left running on one channel, a channel manager mapping a rate to the wrong room, a wholesale rate resold on a public site, or a mobile-only discount you forgot. We find them with weekly rate shopping and fix the source.

Should we close the OTAs on sold-out weekends?

Close the room type, not the channel. Closing a channel outright hurts its ranking for weeks; managing availability and minimum stays keeps the ranking and sells the last rooms at the right rate.

Do you charge per channel?

No. Distribution is included in every tier and in Revenue setup + check-in. Vendor fees (GDS connections, channel manager subscriptions) are yours and we'll tell you about them before anything is switched on.

The brand runs our channels. What's left for you?

The parts a head office can't see from where it sits: your rate strategy against the local comp set, the promotions you take or avoid, your direct offers within the brand's rules, and what each channel costs you once brand fees are counted. We work those inside the brand's systems and report them against the rest.

What happens next

  1. You pick a time for a call as soon as you send this.
  2. After the call, you send 12 months of figures (we'll show you how).
  3. You get your revenue review and a 90-day plan, then decide.
