Your PMS (property management system), channel manager, booking engine and pricing software decide how fast a new rate reaches every channel. We check how they fit, fix the connections and run your pricing tool for you, so the technology you pay for earns its keep.
Keep the systems you have. We work in them, and only suggest a change when it pays for itself.
01
Technology audit
You find out what to keep, what to fix and what to replace, in order of value. We look at every system you use, how they connect and what each one costs, and which new tools, AI included, are worth paying for.

02
Connected systems
When systems don't talk to each other, staff retype rates and bookings go missing. We set up the connections between your PMS, channel manager, pricing tool, booking engine and payments, and check they hold.
Rates and availability flow everywhere

Payments that reconcile
03
Pricing software
Tools such as RoomPriceGenie and PriceLabs are only as good as their settings. We set the rules, floors and ceilings, check the tool every day and step in when it gets a night wrong.

Automation
Your systems can do routine jobs on their own, such as online check-in, pre-arrival emails with upgrade offers and guest messages. We set them up, so your team spends more time with guests.

Questions
What owners ask us.
Do we need pricing software or a revenue manager?
Software sets numbers from the rules it's given; a revenue manager decides the rules, spots what the software can't see and explains the result. Many properties do best with both, and we can run the tool for you.
Which pricing software do you recommend?
The one that fits your size, systems and budget. We work with RoomPriceGenie, PriceLabs and others, and we'll say so if you don't need one yet.
Will you make us change our PMS?
No. We work in the systems you already use, with our own login. If something is costing you money, we'll show you what and why, and the choice is yours.
Should we be using AI?
Where it earns or saves more than it costs. Pricing tools, guest messaging and review analysis increasingly use AI. We judge each one on what it would do for your rates, bookings and guest scores, and set up only the ones that pay.
Can you set up online check-in and upgrade emails?
Yes, where your PMS or a connected tool supports it. We set it up, write the messages in your voice and report what they earn each month.
